All Australian orders placed during Monday to Friday and or on a public holiday will be sent out the following working day via Australian express post unless the order is placed before 4pm. Once your order has been put in the post, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. For international orders less than $125 a extra $20 will be changed when making the final payment.
Free returns for up to 60 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have it's hygiene tags on the purchased items.
If 60 days of your purchase have passed, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
